Prime Minister David Richardson has surprised supporters by saying he is “now anti-democracy”.
During a speech to supporters at Parliament House today, Mr Richardson acknowledged that while “before [the election], I – along with many of my supporters – fought to bring about true democratic reform in our country,” he now realises that “I’m in charge now, and it’s ace. Yesterday I met the Queen”.
Warming to his theme, the Prime Minister said “Bankers are people too, so in a sense it’s the people that got us into this horrid mess. Besides, I met a bunch of people whilst I was campaigning and they’re all awful. All of them”
“Have you seen my house? I can record Sky in three rooms!”
